California Home & Design magazine featured Rachel's art in their Fall 2003 issue, along with artist Joe Saxe.

Rachel's painting "Tectonic No. 3" was exhibited in the 2002 Sunset Idea House in Palo Alto.

Rachel organized a collaborative project for her 2D design students at San Jose State University. The students submitted their project to a juried exhibition at the Oakland Museum of California and the large mural was selected to be exhibited in the Art of Seeing: Nature Revealed Through Illustration show from March to June of 2003. Congratulations students!
Rachel was an artist-in-residence fellow at the Vermont Studio Center in the summer of 2000. At the center, artists and writers are given studios, lodging and meals for month- long residencies.
